In India, skill development has been regarded as one of the most important factors in job generation. India enjoys a special demographic advantage because more than 60% of the population is under 25 years old. However, employability needs to be raised in order to benefit from such a sizable workforce. According to recent data, just 10% of recent graduates are employable. The GDP of India is increasing at a healthy rate of about 6-8%, but employment growth is not keeping up.
A three-day self-defense training camp was organized for the students, conducted by Mr. Chhatrapal's team. On the concluding day, the team of the institution was felicitated by the school Principal and the Nangloi Police.
As breathing is becoming difficult, let us come forward and plant trees. The institution organized tree plantation drives across all government schools in Nangloi for environmental conservation. Students participated in the program with great enthusiasm. The institution appealed to all students to encourage people around them to plant trees to protect the environment and ensure cleanliness and clean air.

On the occasion of the institution's foundation day, the celebration was held by sharing a meal with visually impaired children.
Every year, a Pratibha Samman Samaroh is organized to honor students who secured the first position in Class 10 and 12, and to provide them with career counseling for their bright future so that they do not get misled.
